Shipping for all Canadian purchases is by Canpar ground. A street address is required for all purchases. POSTAL BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday for package arrival during week days only. Order turnaround time is typically 72 hours. Arrival time of product will vary with delivery location.
Free shipping on ground orders over $75 (before taxes) for Canadian customers only.
Unavailable product will not be backordered.
Returns
There are no returns on any intimates product (panties, bras). In the case of product which has manufacturer’s defects please contact us at info@iseelondoniseefrance.ca
